on a one day 1k calorie limit , don't think i can sustain

So been going to the gym 3-4 times a week for on avg a hour and 30 minutes. And on a 1k calorie diet, to finish up the summer maybe get some ass. And its killing me so i decied going to 2k a day seems more realistic. Ive incorperated 15 minutes on the row machine so that will be my cardio, so i will lift for about a hour and 15 minutes, 5 minutes for push ups, planks and streching.

1k of anything is starving, eat zero fat and only carbohydrate and protein. Be strict and track macros. You will feel amazing and light. Check out durianrider on YouTube.

Zero fat is bad idea. Your testosterone will become zero

1. It's impossible to eat zero unless you are only eating sugar

2. Unless you have zero fat on your body, you have enough fat already. You don't need to add more.

The fat stored in your body won't convert to cholesterol which is vital for the build-up of steroids. You can get fats from cheese, meet, eggs, so that's not a problem I think

Zero calories is superior to little calories.

bro start at 2k and slowly taper down

No one can sustain 1k for 1month it's like starving, after 1w you will have trouble sleeping
