A lot, for me atleast 20 all the way to 15 I'm pretty much pussy free but as soon as I reach 14 I start getting a lot better results

20 days I think. 800 calories per day, high protein and just by circumstance 10 k or so steps per day

How did you avoid sugar cravings?
Funnily the best way to curb all that shit is to rely on dairy and protein powder. Because the dairy already has natural sugars and fills you up. What I eat usually is 500mg of 2 percent cottage cheese blended with protein powder and some water to make a smoothie thing, then I drink 2 protein shakes which consist of instant coffee, hot water and a scoop of protein


I have 1 cheat day per week where I'm allowed to eat 2500 calories of whatever slop I want, often mcdonalds because their calorie counts on the items is very accurate unlike chipotle and shit.

Honestly if you do a really low calorie diet, I would recommend you rely on dairy mainly. That works for me well because dairy fills me up really well and I don't get many cravings when I eat dairy

Make sure to take supplements and do a bit of collagen maxxing too
