Funnily the best way to curb all that shit is to rely on dairy and protein powder. Because the dairy already has natural sugars and fills you up. What I eat usually is 500mg of 2 percent cottage cheese blended with protein powder and some water to make a smoothie thing, then I drink 2 protein shakes which consist of instant coffee, hot water and a scoop of proteinHow did you avoid sugar cravings?

I could fill you up tooHonestly if you do a really low calorie diet, I would recommend you rely on dairy mainly. That works for me well because dairy fills me up really well and I don't get many cravings when I eat dairy
