Accutane eye area is genetics u can only do minimal changes.
nah it just got worse, and i feel that my face be puffy and hair isnt good

I feel amazing on my cut and recomping nicely. Diet is probably main cause. It’s the main cause of most of modern day problems to be honest.

Eye area will lose some fat also, it’s inevitable and still worth leaning down.

Yes it does. Being 20% also stunts growth due to higher estradiol causing growth plates to close faster.

You want to get leaner without depriving yourself of nutrients.

Eat red meat, eggs, butter, fish, raw cheese every day. And eat when you are hungry. Your blood sugar issues will resolve and not feel hungry all the time and fix your hormones also (at least 100g fat a day). Having low fat or starving also fucks your hormones.

I do eat clean and like normally but i am still in the same bodyfat

Eat how I said and you will lean out effortlessly. Get to the gym and don’t be sedentary, leanmaxing without gym is a recipe to lose all muscle you have and remain looking fat.

As other guy said on this thread worsening eye area is normal since you'll also lose fat there , for acne maybe it's because your body is more stressed

no i dont track, these days its ramadan so i starve in the morning and i eat less in the evening

Go to the gym, you want to be at least maintaining muscle if not building it (especially since you haven’t trained before). Foods I mentioned are high in animal protein so good for building/preserving muscle and good for growth. Get at least 100g of fat a day (so don’t eat lean meat, meaning low fat, eat fatty meat). Fat is important for hormones which is important for growth and muscle etc

I eat w parents so i dont have control over diet but we do eat very healthy

Just make sure you are eating meat daily. Ask them for more meat, it’s the most important part for growth.

Yes go to the gym and focus in progressive overload. It will benefit you greatly especially because you want to get lean.

You want to preserve muscle mass not lose it. I’d you don’t use your muscles your body has no reason to hold on to the muscle mass you have, so instead of dropping just fat, you will lose fat and muscle.
