Fam it can't be 'learned' because it's already in you, only for you it's less developed. You socialised less when you were younger and therefore you're behind and need to catch up. Just fucking loosen up and be brave and you're gonna have to fuck up and make awkward mistakes because that's how you improve, that's how these people got it to be their natural instinct only they were doing this as a kid.

Also stop trying to fit in. Stop saying and doing things because you think it'll make you seem normal. Genuinely be yourself Obviously don't talk about Jews n dat but if you have an opinion or joke then just say it. "I smoke socially" if you keep wasting your time being a robot like this then you're social skills won't go anywhere and they'll never improve.

You gotta realise that the whole purpose of social situations is to actually have fun. If someone says to you "I work in a pub" don't say something robotic and retarded like "I know someone who works at a pub too, what's it like?" Instead just be yourself. If you don't care that she works at a pub then literally just say "oh cool" and then move the convosation into the direction you want it to go in.
