I'm not too sure man. I know the girl in specific I had a relationship lived in Manila which is a major city there.

Urban enviroments have some play in this but at the end of the day the horrible culture is the biggest part. With phones a girl in a 5,000 pop town vs NYC are similar and have similar beliefs. Country girls are better but they are not naive a lot of them still do drugs and have had sex since 12.
