One eye more squinting

i've noticed that my right eye is squinting more it's not major but it breaks my eye area is there a way to fix it for example some training or glasses or sum i hear clav say to cover up the good eye and to use the "lazy eye" something like that

I started getting good sleep and stopped drinking caffeine, now solution me
