One eye more squinting

i've noticed that my right eye is squinting more it's not major but it breaks my eye area is there a way to fix it for example some training or glasses or sum i hear clav say to cover up the good eye and to use the "lazy eye" something like that

yeah bro, that’s actually pretty common most people have one eye that naturally squints a bit more, especially when they focus or take pics. it can come from uneven muscle engagement around the orbit or even dominance in one eye (your brain favoring one side). if it’s mild, it’s usually fixable or at least reducible. what clav said about covering the dominant eye is basically occlusion training it can help if your weaker eye’s lagging behind neurologically. you can try patching your stronger eye for 30-60 mins a day while doing stuff that forces focus (reading, scrolling, gaming, etc.). over time it helps the "lazy" side activate more. also check if it’s caused by asymmetrical tension stuff like chewing mostly on one side, uneven sleep...

I think its muscle tension meaning i engange the right eye more i was already looking into patching up my lazy eye ty tho mirin the effort
