Also try to look at the sun immediately after waking up to tell your brain that it's a new day and so it optimizies your circadian clock better

Seems like it's really worth fixing your routine for the skin and libido

I've tried so much and I can usually keep the same sleep schedule (24:00 - 08:00) but there are like 2 nights a week where I can't hold that schedule - whether it's due to me not being able to fall asleep or simply because I have stuff to do late.
