Pure “Forward growth” can be influenced by genetics (Asians have less forward growth even if properly developed) and can also be frauded by head position.

Ramus doesn’t lie 99% of the time

It as a singular feature matters little, I am not saying ramus implants would help someone that much, it’s an indication of proper growth

Recession diminishes bite power , and true ramus length would give more area for masseter and temporalis attachment
