One under-eye circle became more pronounced than the other..?

A few months ago I woke up and noticed one dark circle was not significantly but visibly more pronounced, the line itself was more flimsy than the other eye's where it was impossible to even grab the skin there. Since, then, it's been the same, unsure WTF happened.
