Shoulders and back are the most important to make your frame bigger no doubt but I think arms are the most important in making u look bigger, u can have the frame but when u put on a shirt ur arms won’t fill it out making u look smaller, lmk what u think

I agree. for most people disproportionately big arms especially shoulders and long head of the tricep look very good
