Before we begin
In this thread I will discuss my personal experience and what I do and what my friends have done to achieve peak aesthetics Greek god physiques. This thread will be highly controversial! Most of the things I will preach will highly contradict “science based lifters” and study’s, but I have seen it first hand with 14 people that I have personally took under my wing.

The most important part (READ FIRST)
In your workout you will do whatever you want in the gym. It doesn’t matter if it doesn’t make sense, as I said it contradicts science but it works. if you want to do bench 30 sets then do it, if you want to max out on bicep curls then do it. This is what has worked for me and who I have trained. If you aren’t going hard nothing else matters. If you aren’t lifting as heavy as you possibly can then get off this thread. You should lift as much as you possibly can that’s the key. Don’t do 12-15 reps, NO! Do 2 reps do 4 reps as heavy as you possibly can. You should lift until your face feels like it’s about to explode. I have had countless nose bleeds and have passed out multiple times in sets.

The “Split”
I want to make this very clear, you are not doing a set split in this routine. You are simply hitting whatever hurts the least. You will start your first workout of the week doing a full body lift. After the full body lift, when you wake up first thing in the morning your whole body should hurt, if this is the case then take 1 rest day. If not then figure out what hurts the most, I usually do this by mimicking a bench press (to see if chest is sore), mimicking A lat pulldown (to see if back is sore), mimicking bicep curls (to see if biceps are sore) and mimicking tricep extensions (to see if triceps are sore). After you have done this whatever is not sore you will do. No matter if you have done it the day prior, you still MUST do it. If the pump doesn’t last for hours you aren’t going hard enough.

The Key Takeaway
The point is to go as heavy as you possibly can and do as much as you possibly can. When you leave the gym you shouldn’t be able to move your arms, when you wake up in the morning you shouldn’t be able to move period. If you feel nothing then you need to go harder and train until complete and utter failure.
