No, you don’t need a sedds formula for your Erda, also mixing your Erda in liquid lowers its shelf life.
All you need is your Erda, geometrically dilute it with mcc, and you don’t even need caps you can just swallow it.
Now this is the most important part:
Erdafitnib has an oral bioavailability of 30% not because it doesn’t get absorbed through the small intestine but because enzymes slowly clear out the drug. By inhibiting these enzymes you can get a higher dose with a smaller amount of Erda.
Protocol:
20mg bioperine 40min before ingestion of erda
12 hours after ingestion take another 10mg of bioperine
