Yes that too
Gymcelling helps but gymcels sometimes have shot posture
Yeah cuz they don't adapt their routine to their body

Maybe a bit autistic, but I theorize if you are like me and had APT from a young age, perhaps ur body 'grew' into it, nomsayin?

I have bad APT but I play sports and go gym and walk a lot

i remember from a young age my belly would stick out even as normal weight. And my back caves in so I think you’re right, I did probably grow into it?

Mine does this too, fucking sucks.
I try to mentally remind myself to rotate my pelvis.
When you sit down on a chair try to rotate your pelvis slightly as well, niggas really have terrible sitting posture

I have this too. Is there any way to fix it completely and have perfect posture? I heard it can also take like an inch or two from your height.

i’m not sure man, i need to see someone about it but no time atm.

i have healthy lifestyle but maybe cos it’s im slightly overweight? I don’t see how my diet would affect it because I do a lot of sport and am losing weight atm.

Pretty sure anterior pelvic tilt is caused by poor sitting and overall posture. I'm really skinny and only my belly sticks out and looks fat. It looks like there's literally a hole in my back when you look at me from the side when I'm shirtless.
