so i was 95 kg in the winter

i lost alot due to covid and graduation stress. (i am actually faking my graduation)

i lost like 15 kg and i have no money to spend other than gym, no powder no roids, i dont take drugs anyway

plus i am lazy af and pasta is easiest meal you can cook

can this bad boy make me fit back again?

I eat 500g chicken breast everyday. its the best
 
not enough carbonhydrate on chicken breast
I eat lettuce, cucumbers, broccoli, eggs, tomatoes, onions, raddish, chicken breast, quark, rice, spinach, zucchini, mushroom, turkey.

strawberries, banana, milk, watermelon sometimes for snacks.

low calorie salad dressings and mustard for my salads and
a shit ton of spices when I make chicken curry.

all these foods are great, you should eat. at least 1 protein source like egg, chicken or turkey everyday is necessary,

It is a good idea to do these high calorie foods like this. Pasta, rice and beans are cheap. Just use those. Season them if you want so they have taste
