Hello everyone I'm new here I wanna discuss about palate expansion like I'm going to be 21 in next few months and I think expansion of palate gimme more wider jaw , more space for my nose for breathing, wider smile , and maybe little help for hunter eyes the problem is mse and sarpe is only way and thumbpulling I think long period process and I don't know will it work or not what do you think guys ?

i agree that most wont do it but still some will, theres still more competition, thats always gonna be a bad thing at the end of the day. MORE COMPETITION = WORSE FOR US. WE MUST DECREASE IT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE AND TAKE EVERY PRECAUTION NECESSARY, ESPECIALLY SINCE LOOKSMAXXING IS VIRAL NOW.

get maxillary osteotomy if u wanna ascend, most likely will improve eye area. Orbital surgery is useless in ur case. Google the risks tho, its not the safest surgery but worth it.

Supra/infra orbital implants and fat grafting. Brow bone implants. Anything else is high risk high reward
