That's literally it. Started getting results after this, though I am still a scoliosis lankletcel

Yeah pretty much, people tend to overcomplicate it a lot.

That actually put me off going to the gym for a while when I was a pubertycel, I just didn't think I was capable

eating more doesn't mean eating 6000 calories of sweets he can increase his calorie intake to 300 calories and bulk there's no way to gain muscles without gaining some fat

If you take in 300 more calories a day whould mean you whould gain 500gram of fat every 2 weeks I mean if you do that for a year you turn into a fat fuck

You will to some degree gain subcutaneous tissue if you eat alot, however most people won't get "fat" as in obese.

Protein causes thermic effect so you burn the calories faster

Working out increases your BMR in the long run



You will not get "fat"

I get alot of imbalance pains and my confidence was shattered when I was young due to my scoliosis. Everyone would say I was crooked, built like a branch, curved etc.

It's been getting better after rigorous exercise and training.

True but people really still believe all calories are the same those are clowns I mean you won't get fat if you ate 300 calories worth of steak envy day but if you wat like 300 calories worth of candy or some shit you will get fat very fast no matter what you do bc you will fuck up your gut health
