Yeh, no his whole arguement is build of a missunderstanding he has, the weak binding to IGFBP-3 is what makes IGF-1 LR3 bioavailable, also it doesnt get stuck in the bloodstream like regular IGF-1 bound to IGFBPs, it can move to tissues freely

I get how he got that confused, its a small missunderstanding that affects a larger problem, but hes simply wrong
