Ground rules: no emotional attacks, only straight facts.

I will begin the debate by taking the side of the carbers. Here are 2 facts I want the ketoclan/goatis raw meaters to dispute.

#1. Most of you only use about 1g protein/kg of bodyweight for your body structures. Meaning for an 80kg (176lb) guy, that's just 80 grams, or 320 calories of protein that you'll use.

#2. The excess protein you take in you'll convert into carbohydrates through gluconeogenesis.

Erm... W- Well... I actually lost 30 kilograms on a ketogenic diet! And put on maybe l- like... 40kg of muscles? In 5 months. Anyways, JFL LTN MTN! Carbohydrates causes inflammation due to the common association with gluten, bloating the face, making you look less lean. Carbohyd- Ca- Carbohydrates are poison! I'm telling you, right damn now, right damn here, don't consume those little pesky cancer-causing fellas!

I've been on a keto like, 8 years ago and I remember that I felt really good, and I was never leaner, might give it a shot again

problem is, carbs are really damn good, but they're pretty much poison.

Since i follow the keto diet I have debloated immediately is a mogger diet many models do it and they do not lose too much muscle because they eat a lot of protein

The benefits of the keto diet are many: clean skin, more mental energy and concentration, healthy teeth etc...

Your body isn’t working extra hard through gluconeogenesis. It’s happy to do so. Eating more carbs than required is toxic to the body. Go learn about glycation and the Randle Cycle.

You need very minuscule amounts of carbohydrates hence why your body makes its own through the precursors of fat.

Eating exogenous carbohydrates over the limit that is required for human metabolic processes (more than 4g), is extremely toxic to the human body.
