Great work forum has new theories and techniques all the time bro, just search in the right places. IMO 4 cm sounds like bullshit, that’s 40 mm, the palate can not sustain that much because the tongue isn’t wide enough to hold it in place. Real expansion is just a few mm which makes a huge difference anyway.

Yea even 10mm in mouth/lip width would be huge I can’t seem to find any info about widening the palate making the actual lips wider as well tho
