It may look autistic as hell but tell me if I should improve this shit immediately or if it can wait a lil later :lul::

800 calories from bread alone
400 from lard
500 from egg yolk fat
600 from protein
700 from pasta (just happened to be for lunch, otherwise i'd be some vegetable slop instead)
200 from fruit

thats about 3200 for the TDEE of 3000 for like 5-6 workouts a week, cardio and weights
Was thinking of replacing at least the fuckass bread calories with like a litre of raw milk which would be about 700 calories. If you are wondering, thats like 11 slices of white cancer bread
so yea like will i get a stroke on this diet or is it fine to run this for a little and then switch it up :lul:

this is approx 20% protein 50% carbs and 30% fat
 
how does a question "why nuke dht" get 43 replies but my very normal question gets 0
