4:1 potassium to sodium ratio
5L+ of water daily

I personally spread out my potassium intake after every meal, i would take 1-2 500mg capsules of it after a meal depending on how much sodium the meal had. At the end of the day i usually end up taking 2k-3k mg of potassium and ive noticed amazing results on debloating my face after taking it
