opinion on preworkout at 15 years old

i have been taking pre workout (250mg per scoop) for like 3 months now and i am curious if that could affect my height or bone growth/density its the anaconda from kossonutrition.com

wont affect it at all just make sure you sleep

alright and thoughts on caffeine in general?
Caffeine will help you a lot on your workouts but make sure youre not blasting caffeine for extended amounts of time like 5-6 months - 5 days a week. Especially if your meals doesnt have a lot of fibers (you can get fibers from whole wheat, a lot of vegetables etc.) because that kind of caffeine consumption will probably cause your gut to work much faster (side effect of caffeine but mainly applies for extended and high amounts of consumption) and cause crazy diarrhea. Talking from experience fyi

You will be fine. I was buying tubs of Gorilla Mode when I was 15. You'll look back and laugh about how you were taking 250, 300, 400mg caffeine to barely bench 135, but you'll also be nostalgic about how fun it was, especially if ur going to the gym with your buddies

Than thats worse😭 its the opposite of diarrhea. Try to drink some more water and taking nutrition, you can also eat more fruits (good nutrition and really watery). As for the shit cycles, if you shit like once a day it shows youre pretty healthy. Even twice a day is good. If you shit once every 2-3 days it shows you can get heathyer (as for your gut/intestines but mainly intestines)
