i have been taking pre workout (250mg per scoop) for like 3 months now and i am curious if that could affect my height or bone growth/density its the anaconda from kossonutrition.com
its the opposite of diarrhea. Try to drink some more water and taking nutrition, you can also eat more fruits (good nutrition and really watery). As for the shit cycles, if you shit like once a day it shows youre pretty healthy. Even twice a day is good. If you shit once every 2-3 days it shows you can get heathyer (as for your gut/intestines but mainly intestines)
