should i get protein whey? i heard there are a lot of heavy metals in them esp the chocolate flavor ones so i’m
conflicted if i should get whey protein or not

omg the metals aren't gonna kill you

if you're for whatever reason incapable of hitting your protein goals without powder, then get whey sure

and don't get it chocolate flavored, just get it flavorless and add it to your meals

protein is one of the most overrated things when it comes to muscle building it amazes me that people keep believing that you need at least 1.6g/KG
