im thirteen with gaps in between my teeth , and i have recently found out that there are different types of braces, ive also heard that braces recess you, no clue if this is correct or not

it infact is, its better to get a palatal expansor with a different type of brace, i forgor the name but i think it is Marpe or type shit

Depends how bad the gaps are but if your 13 don’t risk it with your ortho just wait that’s what I did and am forever grateful parents didn’t force me to.
