5am: 8oz raw milk
8:30am: 6oz raw salmon, blueberries, and raw honey
11:30am: 6oz raw top sirloin steak, 1/2 banana, 2 egg yolks
2:30pm: 6oz chicken breast and some strawberries
4pm Pre-workout snack: Slicr of sourdough bread and some raw butter
6:30pm: 6oz raw top sirloin, 1/2 banana, 2 egg yolks
 
too much fruit nigga

switch to potatoes for carbs

Overall good but limit to 1 piece of fruit a day

Idk what the fuck is an oz but you should aim for 500g-1k of raw meat daily

okay so we’ll ignore the high sodium, inflammation from chemicals, hormonal imbalances, and protein synthesis.
hop on test so you can eat whatever you want without caring about hormones, test would also greatly improve work performance as electrician
