some of the stuff im more sure then other parts looking for another opinion since i might be biased lmk what you think
Few things out the way just to adress them
Skinwise- after my accutane and derm treatments used and acne stopped i still have acne scars left so plan to fix them with scar treatment at clinics in my case easy fix
Hair- i do plan to hop on hair drugs when i need it for now and know about it , not experiencing any receeding or thinning atm
Physique,build,body wise- i have the average physique of a skinny 18 year old who hasnt went to the gym in a year , more interested in focusing on surgeries rn and after do some of my own research and then hop on a cycle and stack not rn if im not going to focus on it properly
Just to get the extra stuff out the way mentioned these
For context i have been mouthbreathing since birth and have developed a mouthbreather face side effects from this and cant breathe out my nose mostly at all
Got septoplasty already didnt do much
Then got reffered to an orthodontist by my dentist idk if it was from what i told her or from what she saw but believes im likely a djs candidate
So ortho appointment booked
My surgery plan
If needed braces before got told i might need them
Trimax- le fort 1 , bsso , ccw rotation and genioplasty
On the exact numbers and advancement not sure yet as once i get my scans ill plan that
Alarplasty- to fix nostril show and size, alar base too more apparent in some angles then others , rhinoplasty to fix nose width broadness and to change the shape a bit as well as fixing the tip
Subnasal lip lift- i feel like for my face this one would benefit me decently correct me if im wrong tho
Double eyelid surgery- probably in Korea ive seen good results id expect from people with similiar eyes to me
Facelift and facial contouring once done with other surgeries healed from them for a more youthful look
Im not going for a very masculine look but i dont want to stray away from it either ideally have a few features like the jaw be the main masculine features
Also when it comes to implants dont plan to get any alongside the trimax , want to see what trimax on its own does first and reasses, got recommended before to get supra and infra implants looking into that
With Other implants zygos, browridge, jaw angle its stuff where im not sure if ill need it as much dont think it will benefit me as much as the infra and supra implants .
With filler ik people get alot of great results from it ive seen some of the results im not interested in filler if i cant do implants for whatever reason or they dont cover the area fully then im open to filler
Buccal fat removal- as you can see in photos cheeks carry alot of weight in them and fat
Quad LL- from 180-194-195 , 8cm femur , 6-7cm tibia depending on which doctor i go to and their limits, money wise isnt an issue cause of my parents not sure if timing will work though since its like a 9 month recovery per surgery and im already 18 : /
Another thing i want advice from someone more knowledgeable here is how to deal with my long midface referring to the area right below the eyes to the top of the lips that area for me some photos show it better then others but mine is really long and idk how to fix it when its giving the horse look from what ive heard its not fully fixable a severe long midface if thats the case for me lmk better then me coping about it .
Also from the photos if you see any other flaws that i can fix or any flaws in general as well as recessions in my face , flatness of face etc lmk

Thats my current surgery plan im not completely sure on it and will make changes alongside but want to get your opinions on whether im being realistic or not and where it makes sense to do something else instead or where im wrong and another option thats better lmk means alot , ik this is a very grey post im trying to learn more as i go along but i plan to get these surgeries asap timewise since i dont have any limitations now
also if most or the entire plan is wrong lmk and if theirs other thing i should look into too
Another thing i hate and dont understand why is the difference between the left and right side of my face you can see it most in the 45 degree angle but it looks like two different faces with the right side looking more soft , recessed and deformed childlike and the left side more closer to normal theirs a obvious difference in how they look and it wasnt always like this not sure how im meant to fix this level of assymetrey as you can see it straight away in the right and left side comparison same angles . can literally see the left side looks weird but nothing extremly off while the right side literally looks deformed and severly recessed idk why theirs such a big asymmetrey between the two sides and what surgery fixes this issue
From this angle can see how recessed my chin is and the lines around my mouth too the fix for this would be the genio and fat grafting around the mouth region too
And lastly the main thing i want to talk about is my long midface, my only other post here from a few months ago was about my long midface these pictures show it more ,in real life ive been called horse face and stuff like that before so ive always known i have a long face , i know its the area in my midface and nose that is longer then it should be and if it was shortened would make my face read better , i want to know if their is a surgery for me to shorten it the area from the top of my nose bridge to the top of my lips that whole area that middle third and midface region is very long on my face and i want to know how to fix it . how much can le fort even do for this type of a long face heard theirs no realistic way to fix it
