Opinions on my surgery plan

I have been told my biggest flaw is my midface, and bimax + ccw rotation would save me. However idek if this is reasonable for me due to how invasive bimax is. I am considering investing in three things, the first being braces/invisalign because I have a deviated midline and a overjet. The next is Genioplasty because I have chin recession and I think this would also help with many other things. And finally rhinoplasty because I have a crooked nose with a bulbous tip. Pls lmk your thoughts and opinions on what order I should do these in if they are good.

Your face is lacking everything: bad eye area (shit brows and shit IPD), bad midface ratio, bad nose and terrible harmony overall. Only good thing which is a blessing and what makes the difference is bones, you have some and your maxilla is quite projected, definitely above average.

the surgeries you thought of are low ROI, your biggest flaw is midface and bimax is barely gonna impact that, since the problem is its length and not its projection. It’s really hard to correct a long midface.

Anyways, if you are serious about going on with getting surgical procedures you should book consultations with competent surgeons, not asking on here hoping some retarded 2026cel will tell you the secrets on how to magically ascend.

I am currently using minoxidil for eyebrows and hopefully it improves my perceived IPD.

I am serious about the procedures which is why I’m getting some opinions before I move foward.

Why is genio and rhino low roi? I feel like they could pull my face together but maybe I’m wrong. I know that their is prob no way of fixing my long midface but I’m okay with that I’m just trying to do the best for what I have.

What would u say my potential is, I think I’m currently a LTN-HLTN.

Just wondering if your lower jaw could be moved. But you said you didn't want orthodontic surgery. So forget those things. Geinoplasty is where your mind should be if you want any surgery. The thing is that your front is good and a genioplasty can change the look of your front.

Not if you're banging women with any regularity. Your midface is long, but that does not mean you have to be LTN.

I would definitely want BSSO to fix my jaw asymmetry but my asymmetry is in the normal range even if it affects my bite so no insurance. Instead of getting BSSO could I not just use genioplasty to mask my asymmetry?
