Opinions on my Workout Split?(High IQ Gymcells GTFIH)

I currently have the most dogshit Diet and Split for building muscle, however I’m thinking of locking them both in as I progressively get down to 10% BF and as I’m going on holiday in early July…

My first thoughts are Upper Body 3x Weekly (No Legs, because there already huge and don’t want them any bigger + waste of time)

&

My Diet consisting of 150g of Protein while I’m at 1200kcal (Next 8 Weeks of so)
Then upping that to 180g of protein while at 2400Kcal (Maintenance Roughly)

Not put much thought into everything else (exercises, other macros, etc…), mainly looking for advice of some High IQ individuals… Thanks
 
Why do you want to gradually lock your both diet and split in?
Why not now?
 
Sorry, I meant that as I get closer to 10% BF I want to start locking in my training and diet
Lock in both ASAP.

I’m trying to that’s why I’m asking for advice, I would like it all planned and put into place by Monday, then I’ll have about 2.5 months to improve my physique.
