I currently have the most dogshit Diet and Split for building muscle, however I’m thinking of locking them both in as I progressively get down to 10% BF and as I’m going on holiday in early July…
My first thoughts are Upper Body 3x Weekly (No Legs, because there already huge and don’t want them any bigger + waste of time)
&
My Diet consisting of 150g of Protein while I’m at 1200kcal (Next 8 Weeks of so)
Then upping that to 180g of protein while at 2400Kcal (Maintenance Roughly)
Not put much thought into everything else (exercises, other macros, etc…), mainly looking for advice of some High IQ individuals… Thanks
