Opinions on softmaxxing ascension plan (potentially lots of cope)

Recently turned 18
I'm 6'4 but ate like shit during most of puberty.
I've been drinking raw milk and eggs
Eating lots of red meat
And some fruit
I sprint and do calisthenics
Get sun
Have a shower and water filters
Get solid 8 hours of sleep at the same time every night
Could I potentially grow a bit more and ascend facially
Or I'm just coping

I'm grey so Idk much but you'd have to get an x-ray to see if your growth plates are still open, facially it might be bone issues or face fat so de-bloating would help if that were the case

stop drinking raw egg, also whatever u do is cope beside surgery but u could always try
