Optimal bodyfat as a teen?? (gymcells help a brotha out)

I'm currently 17 and i've been bulking for about 6 months from 135-160 (current weight). Idk but i've heard that bulking grows ur face bones and im pretty much a recessed fuck so i need all the bones i can, but i feel like im putting on too much fat for this bulk and its gonna tank my hormones. my current plan is to cut down to 12-14 percent bodyfat and slowly lean bulk. im just tryna look good for grad and prom and i don't want my gym shit affecting my face. idk bro im lost, any help would be appreciated. i need my gymcell brothers to give me some advice on what to do because i aint tryna bulk no more this shit is affecting my mental and skin too.

why speculate on arbitrary numbers, just cut until you're content with your bodyfat.
nah im saying like do i got enough muscle to even cut or is it more worthwile to just continue putting on some more muscle and fat

don't bulk ideal is 15-18%

u gatekeeping bulking is the method, u gain muscle so much quicker u jus look like a chud for a likl while

your gonna have fat nigga facial fat pads. + your unhealthy and stressed from your weight and increased strain on the body.
you have to work harder.

Also nigga you arent gonna fix recession with bulking, the opposite lol fat people are more likely to be recessed
 
12 % is not that low, depending on your genetics u may store fat in places where you don’t want. Cut down to 10 trust

%12-13 is the best for lean natty and easier to maintain then %10 but you probably never gonna maintain it if you werent skinny b4 + bulking does not grow your bones look at all the obese ppl who lost weight
