about 23% bf at 160 lb. dont have access to a gym and my equipment is a pull up bar and jump rope. tryna wear size 29 jeans and stop being a chubby fuck

i'd recommend buying a cheap adjustable dumbell set as well

do whatever but don't fall for classic calisthenics trap: do not add reps and sets, add weight instead.
I see calisthenics people do like 10 sets of 20 reps of pull ups all the time. That's not it. Just add some weight and do 4-12 reps whatever

If you are skinny fat you need a bit more than calisthenics to recompose your body. Do some cardio, try to get like 3 hrs a week. You need to reduce fats and eat a balanced diet of carb protein and low fat to get ur metabolism going while you build muscles but it's going to be slow and directly proportional to how consistent and effort you put. Get good sleep and hydration
