Need an answer from experienced science based lifter, is my workout program optimal?

Need an answer from experienced science based lifter, is my workout program optimal?
Overcomplicate it just go in there set the days u go and just go off feeling brah;)

Why don’t you just run upper lower? hitting the same body part 3 days repeatedly isn’t optimal since it will be fatigued as each day progresses

Decent split. Wrist flexors are fucking cope. Ive tried the fullbody meta, and it's fucking boring. You will not enjoy working out this way. Would recommend, Upper, lower rest, and repeat that, so your frequency is 2-3x a week, but probably way more enjoyable. Motivation factor is very important in lifting.

Lol hitting the same body parts 3 times a week is optimal man, also i cant do more than 3 times a week. Split im running rn is 3x fullbody but i have legs put out from one session because im busy that day

Looks good but why remove lower from day 3?

"can't go to the gym more than 3 times a week" holy cope, make time for it, you must be able to go one more fucking day a week, what's so important? But honestly if you really can't, then just do FB 3x/week, but do real exercises, not fucking wrist flexors and shit.

oh shit my bad, thought you were talking about wrist supinations for bicep. In my experience, training forearms directly doesn't do a lot, but sure, probably wouldn't spend my time doing that as a beginner tho.

Try adding a hip hinge movement on day 2 like an SLDL

and I would recommend to start off with mostly legs first since you’re only doing it 2/3 days so it’d be best to work them when you have the most energy
