You will not enjoy working out this way. Would recommend, Upper, lower rest, and repeat that, so your frequency is 2-3x a week, but probably way more enjoyable. Motivation factor is very important in lifting.

and I would recommend to start off with mostly legs first since you’re only doing it 2/3 days so it’d be best to work them when you have the most energy
