im gonna start running in the morning, what is the optimal time that i should run for, and is optimal pace running, jogging, or walking.


one last thing is morning or night time jogging optimal, or is it just preference

there’s no perfect time or pace, you're overthinking this a lot, what actually matters is consistency and not destroying yourself early on, so keep it easy (more like jogging or even jog-walk, not hard running), aim for ~20 to 40 minutes, and build from there

morning vs night is basically preference
mornings help consistency, nights you might feel stronger, just don’t pick something you won’t stick to


TL;DR:
easy pace + consistent routine > perfect timing; run when you’ll actually keep doing it

if you wanna increase your testosterone levels short duration high intensity runs would be beneficial
but if ur goal is debloat jogging at a constant pace would be better

you should walk like 10 to 20 K steps a day and run like 1 time a week , running even at jogging pace hurt joints so much more and use way more your cns

Walking is best for leanmaxxing. If you just wanna be a cardiomogger get some carbs and electrolytes before

Running depletes glycogen and is cns fatiguing as fuck
