I've seen people tell to do both, but the ultimate question is
Should the tongue be in contact with ONLY the hard palate (specimen A) or the hard palate and a bit of the softpalate (specimen B) when mewing?


Wouldn't pressure on the softpalate affect the sphenoid and by extension give you assymetry?

I obv don't think, and it won't, ascend you automatically
It's just tongue posture and I don't think it would hurt to have that correctly

js tongue at the top of the palate nothing else dw this 1kg pression of ur tongue wont affect ur craniofacial structure that is alr determined once ur sperm won the race

mike mew himself is against hardmewing, place the tounge at the top of your mouth and keep it there and don't push
