Specimen A
Specimen B
The area shaded is where the tongue would be in contact with the palate
Non shaded is off the palate
I've seen people tell to do both, but the ultimate question is
Should the tongue be in contact with ONLY the hard palate (specimen A) or the hard palate and a bit of the softpalate (specimen B) when mewing?
Wouldn't pressure on the softpalate affect the sphenoid and by extension give you assymetry?
