Been going gym for 2 years. Rate and critique the current program niggers.

Anterior:
1. Neutral Grip Shoulder Press 2x
2. Double Rope Extension 2x
3. Cable Lateral Raise 2x
4. Unilateral Leg Extension 2x
5. Pec Fly 2x
6. Leg Press 1x
7. Adductor 2x

Posterior:
1. Ab Crunch 2x
2. Wide Grip Pull Ups 2x
3. Preacher Curl 2x
4. Unilateral Pulldown 2x
5. Leg Curl 2x
6. Upper Back Row 2x
7. 45 Extension 1x
