So i’m 17 and want to be more good looking :)
I eat mainly meat (not raw) and consume alot of raw diary and pasteurized too. I eat carbs but not alot. If then mainly potatoes and rice. I sleep well (as long as my body wants) and workout (calisthenics & some weights). I try to get at least 1h+ of sun on my full upper body daily. What else can i do to improve myself physically. Or is that it?

Why not much carbs, carbs is your bodys preferred source of energy used first for energy over fats

just dint like them a lot. I eat like medium amount not minimally. Also fruit forget to say that

You need alot carbs. And stop eating rice bro its fucking bullshit. Try oatmeal (specifically the whole-grain flakes that take a long time to cook) or buckwheat those are the two best types of porridge, hands down. You could also try barley porridge. Ideally, though, you should eat these with animal-based foods that way, the minerals are absorbed better and tastes better.

Because the rice in stores is mostly empty of minerals, it's just complete crap. If you like rice, try brown rice, but don't buy white rice, it's empty, just empty of carbohydrates (they're also simple, you need complex carbohydrates)Also, try buying rye bread just check the ingredients to make sure it’s high in fiber and low in sugar. Ideally, the ingredient list should be clean—for example, just coarse rye flour, water, salt, and yeast or sourdough starter it might contain some wheat flour too, but that’s fine.

It’s fucking awesome. Just don’t forget to check the ingredients like I said, rye bread is best for one thing, it’s harder (since rye lacks gluten, it’s hard, which gives your chewing muscles a workout), and for another, it’s a great source of fiber (you really need that for gut health—otherwise you could end up with cancer ideally, you want to be going to shit every day).

I eat carbs over everything I front load them first over everything else I obviously still eat up to 0.8g-lb of protein enough to build muscle and 0.3G-lb of fat for hormones I eat don’t anymore than I need to for either but for me carbs are the most important especially for workout fuel and recovery aswell as carbs are protein sparing Ive always got enough carbs so im not ending up using protein for pretty much anything but muscle building and repair. Made shit so much easier and recovery was way better aswell as stronger in gym.

I don’t even care about muscles more about face and bone growth. What’s more beneficial for bone growth. Is my diet and lifestyle ok or not for thatv
