Oral minoxidil 3 month progress

I’ve been taking oral minoxidil 2.5 mg everyday to fight my reseeding hairline, and have seen absolutely no progress at all!
However, my eye area has improved a little? I feel like my lashes and eyebrows are a bit more dense! Do you see the same?

Thanks, and yes. It’s not horrible but I can see a little bloating.
