Orbital box osteotomy hardmax update

As previously discussed my plan is to get an orbital box osteotomy in the near future to fix my hypotelorism (close set eyes).

If possible I would also like a tripod osteotomy for more pfl and orbital breadth IF the designer determines that its appropriate of course.

There are also further plans in the future to get a Lefort 2 trimax with facial implants for more facial depth and advancement.

Originally I did previously talk about a Lefort 3 osteotomy as my infra orbital and midface structure is really malformed. However I believe my globe positioning and lack of exophthalmos likely completely disqualify me from such a procedure.

I have finished doing a helical CT scan in a hospital (had to larp that I had breathing problems etc quite an insane xp tbh)
IT COST 1000 BUCKS BTW (Insanity)

I now have at this moment 37K saved up withOUT any credit or anything readily available to hardmaxx and pay for the procedure.

I would like the designer to be @RealSurgerymax so we will see when he has the time to hold a consult and discuss further plans.
