My IPD is average, but my eyes appear moderately close set.

JFL I would never do Lefort3. The fact that it will improve my health, it is a standard procedure to treat apnea, and is free is a no brainer for me. Displacement, irritation, bones erosion, intolerance, all none negligible risks associated with implants.

I changed my mind, I won't get OBO. My eyes aren't close set, the ratio of my IPD and face width (zygos width) is 0.45.

Matt Bomer and Tyler Maher have approximately the same ratio.

very, very few surgeons perform this and its extremely expensive and requires a neurosurgeon to be present in case something goes wrong since during op your brain will be exposed.

Copers here don't realize that if they even managed to get a surgeon to operate OBO on them (which they wont) most likely they would end up blind and just kill themselves after paying 100k for some cunt to botch them
