Ngl bro people don't respect new users nowadays. I recomend you search the archive's everything has been answered in the past in detail. Half the high iq people have left and the other half are just jaded by now to answer.

Back in 2019 everyone was on the same ground. Grey users could post something and get 100 replies.

What you see posting regularly now is mostly rotters tbh.

Just search the archives.

the search function ls shit or im too low iq to use it properly. both scenarios are possible

I’m scared that orbital decompression lower PFL as well.

If it lowers pfl wouldn't it also lower vertical height to a proportional amount? Like just make the whole eye look overall smaller, at least that's what i've mostly seen

i think it's useless and might make you look worst
you begin with no crease and big UEE
after you just end up like this

the crease forms when your eye goes inside

i made this up in my mind btw

what crease? do you mean the tear through?

your post makes little sense to me. in no before/after of decompression did that crease increase and its total illogical too.

the tear through is caused by the the malar fat pad going downwards with time and ageing

adding to this, sometimes orbital decompression is used to acheive the same effect as lower eyelid retraction surgery - depending on the patients eyes and pretty much if their bulging eyes are pushing their lower eyelids down then the surgeon will suggest orbital decompression instead.

I was gonna write this in one of your other threads but cba tbh jfl

may I ask what surgeons you are looking at getting your eye surgeries at? you can write in pm if you don't want it to be public
