Huge ascension for this guy who looked like he had graves’ disease. If you want to know whether to get OD or not, first get your eyeball protrusion measured (the max of is about 20mm). The guy in the photo had 23mm, so his eyeballs were very protruding. He decompressed by 5.5mm, so his eyeballs are now at 17mm or so. In this case orbital decompression was probably his best bet. A lot of users on here think they need OD when they don’t, I’d say only do it if your eyes are 20mm or more protruding.
