The appearance of non-deep-set comes primarily from a receded upper maxilla and so the best solution is to remediate that deficiency. You only need orbital decompression in order to get good hunter eyes which i do not think are best aeshtetically

I like them but they are not hunter, fairly prototypical masc almond eyes, also seen on Vito Basso or Keanu, Reeves. Hunter is someone like Sean O'Pry or Elias De Poot.
