Lateral Wall
Medial Wall
Orbital Floor
Orbital Roof

Most people with graves disease even get 3 wall orbital decompression.

In theory, couldn't one-wall OD 2-3mm be safe where complications aren't there?

Is the ROI for the cost and 2-3mm even enough to make a difference?

It's doable
I’m most likely going to do it, lateral wall decompression (single wall) for about 4-5mm. Probably won’t risk decompressing even more than that and if I still look bug eyed after I will just accept that I’m a subhuman
