Are you %100 sure you need an OD though? A lot of people here believe they need it when they don't. Look at your eyes from the side, are they bulging out?

they aren't but i want them to be more deepset for cosmetical purposes , I have good coloring width and shape + eyebrows just lack under eye support and deepsetedness that makes them striking

Feel like we'd have similar eyes, I also have super prominant browridge, so after fat grafts for UEE I'll be set.

I've been doing this for a couple months and gotten someresults (will post 6 month results in future), that + HA filler uder eye is a good non surgical method tbh. Thing is, the last thing you want is for the filler to spread and make your face Barrett tier bloated.

Why the fuck would you do an invasive occuplastic procedure in the third world?
There’s a reason why occuplastic surgeons are few and far between. It’s a extremely intricate sub- speciality within its own specialty (ophthalmology).

LMFAO bro yall underestimate third world surgeons , when i say third world usually they are qualified and shit but due to currency etc (ergo iran turkey) they have high quality results for low prices

I’m in the process of looking into them atm, will probably get professional advice but I’d initially try HA fillers then move on to grafts

You probably don’t need orbital decompression but more importantly, don’t go cheap on your face.
