At first, my ortho gave me and expander which helped me alot in my ascension. But then after a few month, she gave a an herbst appliance. I though it was wondeful but after wearing it for 1 month. It gave a few mm of chin projection but actually kinda pulls my maxilla downward so now i have horrible downward growth. I am asian so my downward growth was alr pretty bad and now its worst. I need a solution to get my maxilla back
